Voting Opens for Poster Contest

The Love Where You Live poster contest was a huge success. Overall, we had 113 entries from Perryton students.

We loved seeing everyone’s take on Perryton, and we were impressed with the creativity and talent that went into the posters.

Although we planned on having five finalists in each category, there were only four entries in the Ages 6 and Under category and four in the Ages 12 to 15 category. Therefore, all entries are finalists in those two categories. The Ages 7 to 11 category had nearly 10 times as many entries as the other age divisions. Because the entries were so good, it was just too difficult to narrow down the posters to a top five. Therefore, there are 10 finalists in that category.

To check out all the finalists and cast your vote, simply go to www.perrytonpipeline.com/contest/vote. Feel free to vote once a day and don’t forget to tell your friends and family to vote too. Polls close on Wednesday, June 2, at 11:59 p.m.

Just as a reminder, division winners will be determined by community and judges’ voting (weighted 50/50). The overall winner will be the division winner that receives the most votes when community and judges’ votes are weighted and combined. The winner of each age division will win $50, and one overall winner will receive $250. In addition, that poster’s design will be a billboard near town.

If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail us at info@perrytonpipeline.com.
