Leadership Perryton Welcomes Brad McCoy

On Thursday, February 7, Leadership Perryton will welcome speaker Brad McCoy of Graham, Texas. Everyone is invited to attend Brad’s presentation entitled “Home Field Advantage.” His topic will cover the following questions:

Are we intentional about everyday when the pressure gets here?
Are our personal fouls in life taking away opportunities?
Are we in shape to handle life and meet the challenge of endurance to push to the finish?

Registration is from 6 to 6:30 p.m., and the presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. The event is free to the public, thanks to the generosity of Hi-Plains Hull.

About Brad McCoy
Brad McCoy is the athletic director of Flippen Sports, where he has been a Teen Leadership teacher and consultant for more than 15 years. He graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he played football, in 1984.

Brad spent 27 years in the public school system, serving as an athletic director, head football coach, and teacher. The extensive knowledge he gained while coaching lead to very successful football programs. He has four Texas State Championship appearances and two state titles. He is driven by the personal success of his athletes saying, “I want our guys to grow up and develop into fine players on the field, but more importantly, I want them to turn into great husbands, dads, business leaders, church leaders, and men that make this world a better place.”

Brad and his wife of 26 years, Debra, have three sons. The eldest, Colt, set national records while quarterback at the University of Texas and is currently plays in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns. Chance, the middle son, is a junior at Abilene Christian University, and he was a three-time all-state receiver in high school and played state championships in football, basketball, and track. The youngest, Case, is following in Colt’s footsteps and is a quarterback at the University of Texas. Brad and Debra reside in Graham, Texas.
