Leadership Perryton to Host Kevin Tutt

On Thursday, April 7, Leadership Perryton will host its last speaker for the year—Kevin Tutt. His talk, “Employee Engagement,” will help you create a better atmosphere to motivate others.

According to Tutt, employees are engaged (100 percent committed), disengaged (doing just enough to get by), or actively disengaged (seeking to destroy what is working). His seminar will challenge you as a business owner, boss, community leader, or organization leader to look at teams you work with, maximize team members’ potential, and help them become more involved.

The information he shares is ideal for employers, and it also applies to anyone leading a group. Kevin will cover such things as employee engagement, identifying types of workers, increasing productivity, and creating presence and passion.

Everyone is invited to attend the event, which will be at Frank Phillips College Allen Campus. Registration is from 6 to 6:30 p.m., and the presentation is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Lemon, Shearer, Phillips, and Good, the event is free. For more information, contact Chamber of Commerce at 806- 435-6575.
