Leadership Perryton to Host Kevin Tutt

This Thursday, April 10, Leadership Perryton will welcome back Kevin Tutt at Frank Phillips College Allen Campus. Kevin’s entertaining presentation, “Driving Customer Loyalty,” will focus on customer service.

The presentation will encourage businesses to question internal and external customers’ loyalty. Kevin will help you consider things from the customer’s perspective and help you see what it’s like to receive the service your team provides. He also will discuss the customer environment, as well as the verbal and nonverbal messages customers receive. In addition, he will speak about showing employees the value of their jobs and the customers. His keys to creating customer loyalty can apply to business and everyday life.
