Bettering Your Business Through Customer Service

Tomorrow, November 11, Leadership Perryton presents humorist, hospitality expert, and speaker Robin Getman. At 6:30 p.m. at Frank Phillips College Allen Campus, Robin will talk about how to create and maintain a culture of service at your business.

Entitled  “The Truth about Customer Service Excellence: What You See Is What You Get,” the event will cover product value from the customer’s perspective, service promises that should be broken, truths about customer service excellence, and how to promote teamwork and lower employee turnover. Robin will also talk about the value of serving from the heart and will reveal how four generations perceive and evaluate service and how that influences your business. In short, she’ll help you relate to customers and coworkers.

To get the most business-boosting benefits from the event, it’s encouraged that supervisors, owners, and managers come with their staff. The event if free to the public due to Western Hot Oil’s generous sponsorship. For more information on the event, contact the Chamber of Commerce at 435-6575.
