This weekend, the Perryton Rodeo Association and Frank Phillips College will host the Frank Phillips College, West Texas A&M University, and Clarendon College National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) College Rodeo at the Ochiltree County Arena in Perryton.
